Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service / Prince’s Trust

Norfolk Fire Service delivers the Prince’s Trust Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills to learners aged 16 to 25. They offer this qualification at six locations including King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Dereham, Thetford, North Earlham and North Walsham.

The Prince’s Trust Team programme is a free 12-week personal development course which aims to increase confidence, motivation and skills. The team programme enables young people to gain employment, move into education or undertake training or an apprenticeship.

This is the first year of the partnership with The Norwich School of Beauty, who provide adult learners with the opportunity to achieve a level 2 professionally recognised qualification within beauty therapy.

The Skills Network provides online, distance learning to educators, employers and learners to deliver effective and innovative skills training and educational content across all sectors.


Waste Management Assessment Services (WAMAS)

WAMAS provides a comprehensive range of quality courses accredited by CIWM/Wamitab and bespoke training solutions to local authorities and private sector organisations, which relate to recycling, refuse and street cleaning. 


 

 

Subcontractors

The College of West Anglia works in partnership with a number of partner provider organisations delivering specialist training on a national basis. This provision is extremely wide ranging and includes qualifications in the following sectors; equine, waste and recycling, basic skills, sport and fitness, polymer and many more.

As a CWA student you can expect a standard of service as outlined in our charter above. We hope that you will enjoy your programme of study which could be fully or part funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund.
